Man was created by God with reason. This reason that the difference between us and other creatures, so we prepared by the Creator to arrange things this earth to be organized and useful, beneficial to both fellow human beings or other beings.
Not only that God also sent prophets from age to age with time zones and conditions, this is a reminder to us as human beings who have mind and reason.
